SURVIVAL TRAINING

Adventure Lifesigns offers Bush Craft experiences. Bush Craft can aid to develop team cohesion and a sense of achievement. The sessions can be gentle and informative or more arduous and extravagant. As an example we can cover:

Shelter building
Fire Lighting
Preparing of food and water
Trapping
Methods of Rescue

This is an activity that is only limited by the individual's imagination and the group's aims. It's possible for groups to spend a night navigating by improvised means then enjoying a hearty soup around a fire and some well earned shut-eye under their very own shelter.
